Olivier LeDoux was born and raised in France. Since immigrating to the United States in 1983, he has been working with the top French and Belgian chefs in the Washington D.C. area. He developed a love for wines and spirits and taught himself the art of wine pairing. Olivier has created many eclectic and diversified wine lists by staying current with the ever–growing wine industry and the New World competition in wine making. His focus and expertise have brought Bezu an extensive list of fine wines that perfectly enhance our menu, and his love for well-crafted wine will help to make your dining experience complete.
